Hi there Jodie...it's been awhile since I kept in touch. Too many things had taken place and I've been pretty busy keeping up pace with all of it!
First, my daughter received a prestigious award from GE (General Electric, USA) to be their Student Ambassador for a year and a potential career with this multinational conglomerate which I believe is the 6th largest in the USA! She's one of the five globally to receive this award and we had to be there for the award presentation (we're all so proud of her); then, we visited my father-in-law who suddenly took ill and was hospitalized; a day later my husband's aunt passed away from stage 4 liver cancer. It was devastating for all of us since she was the kindest and sweetest soul that we know! She was only 61! So yes, unexpectedly many things to deal with at one time. We're getting by and I guess with time, we'll have to get by and let go as well!!

Hello There, Hope you had a great week..Mine was and still is busy, but it is what it is around my home. School is out for the summer here and my Granddaughter Haley is with me daily until either her Dad or Mom comes by to get her.. But I love my summer fun with her and have been doing this for almost 13 years now..

Hello and here to say have a wonderful sunny today and a pleasant weekend!! My plans for today is go through and visit my friends here on GG, already made and uploaded a few more graphics, and then it is outside to my backyard paradise to enjoy some sun and my pool before the Tropical System out in the Gulf heads our way late Sunday night into Monday..Not looking forward to that at all..But it is what it is here in Florida!! HUGGSS!!!!!

thank you all for this. My right eye was operated in April and my left eye in May.
Both cataracts removed but due to some complications the vision in the right
eye has not recovered fully. … and is slightly blurry. There is nothing more the
specialist can do and mentioned that it may or may not recover fully. I have
to accept this and move on. At least there is no more pain in this right eye.
My left eye is doing rather well. This is a blessing indeed. As we get older
Some health issues affect some of us at some point in time. We have to
accept the unfortunate challenges that face us as we go along.
Health doesn’t come from nutritious foods, vitamins and
medicines alone.
It comes from :-
Peace of Mind
Peace in the Heart and
Peace in the Soul.
It is magnified by
Laughter
Love &
Faith in God
May you find peace and good health, not only this day
But for a lifetime .
Hello and happy Friday!!! Here to say I am loving all of the new uploads, yes I see them all, may not have time to vote and comment, but I do see them. My life is so busy right now and soon school will end and Haley (my granddaughter) & I will be in my pool, at the beach , shopping and enjoying our summer while her Mom and Dad work..I do check in all the time and am so busy with GG on FB and GG here and helping all that need my help. SOOO in the meantime enjoy this weekend and hugs from my to you!!!
