I think this owner asked permission of the real creators of this pokemon sprites or searched for them.

Even Though The Owner Isn't On Anymore You Can Still Adopt. This Might Seem Like Stealing but It's Not! And All The Weird People Out There Don't Report Me Because I'm Trying to Help You!
Steps To Still Abopt:
1) Find You're Pokemon
2) Right Click On The Pokemon You Want
3) Click The Bottom Link That Says 'Properties'
4) Then You Go To Address (URL)
5) then Copy The URL
6) Click 'Edit' So You Can Edit You're Profile
7) You Paste It To Your Profile Where You Want It
8) You put {IMG} {/IMG} on each side of the link (Change these {} into brackets)
9) You Scrowl Down To The Bottom And Click Save
10) Check To Make Sure The Picture Of You're Pokemon Is There. If It Is You Have Did The Transformation Successfully!
