Today is a big day for Greece.
We celebrate 200 years since the revolution of 1821.
Every year we celebrate the anniversary
with parades of army schools and
traditional clubs in traditional Greek costumes.
This year, unfortunately, due to the coronavirus,
there is a parade only in Athens and
only for military units.

Hi Connie, I just heard about your Dad passing away. I am so sorry to hear that. I pray you are comforted in the fact he is at peace and you can cherish the time you shared. It's always so hard to lose a loved one, my Mom passed in 2005 and it seems like a year ago. but I have wonderful memories of her and our life together.
